Damaged Wines:
Federal law states alcoholic beverages can only be exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated or contaminated. Stonefield Cellars Winery will gladly replace bottles should the wine be found as damaged. Please do not pour out the wine, place the cork back in the bottle and call 336-644-9908 to schedule an appointment during our regular business hours.

 
Unwanted Wine Orders:
Stonefield Cellars Winery will not refund unwanted wines. For all other orders including Will Call orders, Shipped Wine or Merchandise, Stonefield Cellars Winery will allow the order to be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, for store credit, if the order is still on property. After the 48 hours we can not cancel or refund the order. Once the order has left property we will not be able to take the wine or merchandise back under any circumstance.

 
Ticket Refunds:
Tickets purchased online, over the phone, or in person are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another person or exchanged for store credit in the form of a gift certificate if notification is given within 24hrs of the ticketed event.

Business Hours

Our regular business hours: Thursday / Friday / Saturday 12-6pm  and  Sunday 1-6 pm. Please note that we start our last tasting at 5:30 pm.

We conduct tasting and tours as folks arrive, so no appointment is necessary unless you have a group of 6 or more or would like to visit outside regular hours for an event rental consultation* Please call the winery during our regular business hours at 336-644-9908 or email nwurz@stonefieldcellars.com to schedule an appointment.

We are located only 13 miles north of the I-40 and NC Hwy 68 intersection (exit 210).  For map, click on the “Location” tab above or enter the following coordinates in your GPS:   36° 15’13″N   79° 57’47” W

 

*Important Information Regarding After Hours Appointments:   Our policy is that a credit card number will be required to secure your appointment and a $15 cancellation fee will be applied in the event of no-shows beyond an hour of the scheduled appointment.  (Please understand that we still must pay staff to open and wait even though someone doesn’t show up).

How do I purchase a gift certificate? You can purchase a gift certificate (up to a $250.00 value) in person at the winery or over the phone (336-644-9908) during our regular business hours: Thursday, Friday & Saturday 12 – 6pm, and Sunday 1-6 pm.

May I redeem my coupon or gift certificate right away?   YES! – Please print your coupon (sent to you by Groupon, Living Social News & Record Daily Deal, or Deal Chicken) or bring in your gift certificate for redemption during our normal business hours*:   Thursday, Friday & Saturday 12 – 6pm, and Sunday 1-6 pm.  (*Note:  Our last wine tasting starts at 5:30pm, so if your coupon or certificate includes a tasting please arrive before then!)

Do I need to make an appointment?   IT DEPENDS! – Usually you won’t need to as long you arrive during normal business hours (see above).  However, if you are redeeming a Grouponcoming in a group of 6 or more people OR redeeming a coupon during the last two weeks prior to expiration an appointment is required. Please call the winery at 336-644-9908 to make an appointment.

Do I need to bring a printed copy of my coupon with me?   YES! We ask that you bring a printed coupon with you because some redemption systems require a code on the printed version that will not be available via a smart phone.

May I bring a third person with me and my friend, even though my coupon or certificate is for two?  YES! They are welcomed to join you; they just won’t be part of the “deal”.  Our tastings are offered at $7.00 for 7 wines (non-reserve wines only) or $10 for 7 wines (including any reserves), and both include a souvenir glass.  Any glasses of wine or bottles purchased will be at our normal prices for those accompanying you outside of the “deal”.
