“Bottle the Barrel” Program

Stonefield Cellars, Winery, Stokesdale, NC, Excellent Wines, Tours, Wine, Tastings, winery, wineries, nc wineries, vineyards in north carolina, wineries in north carolina, visiting north carolina, wine tours, winery tours, wine tasting, wine clubs, wine trail, red wine, white wine, tasting roomBottle the Barrel Program –  We have a great custom wine labeling program called “Bottle the Barrel”  at Stonefield Cellars!  We have conducted several of these bottling sessions geared toward wine lovers who 1.  Want to have a hands on bottling experience, 2. Want to purchase an exclusive release wine (high quality, limited quantity, not available outside the winery or sold as our regular retail wine), and 3. Want to customize their bottles with their own label. Custom labeled wine is great for gifting to clients, family, friends, party hostess, etc.  Custom labels can commemorate special occasions or events like weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and labels can be serious or silly!

So how can you get in on this really cool private wine, custom label bottling?
Here’s how it works:

You can either

1.  Assemble a group to commit to purchase a barrel’s worth of wine (22 cases minimum) – and do some blending with the winemaker and decide on the final blend that you’ll want to bottle (per bottle price starts at $12.95 and can go up depending on which wines are chosen) – this will need to be done a couple of weeks before bottling – Coordinate with us a bottling date – make it a party! (bring food or hire a caterer)

or

2.   We set the date and we choose the wine (usually an exceptionally wonderful red wine).   Minimums can be between a 1/2 or full case (each event will specify).  Per bottle price will range between $14.95 – $17.95, depending on the wine.

3.  Make your own labels for the front (we will provide a back label with all the required information).  We will provide you with an example for Avery labels or you can design and order through https://www.evermine.com/wine_labels/

4.  Show up on the bottle date/time and we will help you through the process.   Many folks bring an appetizer to share during the event – we have a great social time with good food, good wine, good company!

ALL WINE MUST BE PREPAID FOR!

For more information about our next planned “Bottle The Barrel” event or to request a custom blend and date for your group, contact us at 336-644-9908.
