Soup & Sing is a combination pot-luck dinner\, jam session\, and folk gathering for local musicians/singers and music lovers that harkens back to a time when there were no radios or TVs and music was what we made together\, face to face\, an essential part of our soul as necessary as the food that nourished our bodies.   Many different genres of music may be represented during the evening (bluegrass\, celtic\, blues\, folk\, rock\, gospel\, etc.)\, but usually it is acoustic (we do mike vocals though\, so singers can be heard).  Even if you are not a musician as long as you’re a fan of Stonefield Cellars that loves wine and music\, you are welcome to come.   We appreciate your support of local music and local wine!  (Wine sales provide the financial support to make this event possible.) \nLarge Parties/Groups Policy:  Due to our policy to preserve the intimacy of the gathering and the need to stay within our capacity limit\, Soup & Sing is not an event for large private parties or groups (more than 8 people in a single party/group).   We do however rent our barrel room for private parties and we can provide you with contact info re: bands for hire.   We also hold barrel room concerts and outdoor music events at the winery during which we can provide concert/festival seating for large groups. \nIf you are interested in attending\, RSVP at 644-9908 or email nwurz@stonefieldcellars.com.  You will be given more details about the evening.

DESCRIPTION:We will be open extended hours from 12pm-8pm on Friday June 12th and are now able to resume offering wine tastings and consumption of beverages and food on site! We’ll have wine\, beer\, and non-alcoholic drinks for sale. As we do not host a restaurant on site\, we carry assorted cheeses\, crackers\, peanuts\, and non-alcoholic drinks for sale. Outside food is allowed in small quantities (such as lunchboxes\, a picnic lunch\, or dinner). \n \n  \nSPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING SAFETY during the age of COVID19:  While Stonefield Cellars Staff is taking a multitude of measures to keep the winery environment clean during your visit\, we have also modified our wine tasting experience in order to enhance staff and guest safety. \n\nWe will not be conducting tastings at the tasting bar\, but instead will offer self-guided wine flights for consumption at indoor or outdoor tables that comply with the 6 ft safe distancing requirements. A ‘wine tasting’ will consist of your choice of 7 wines poured by our staff into disposable cups presented on a tray along with your souvenir wine glass; a detailed description of each wine will be provided on a disposable tasting sheet.   You can order your wine selection at the bar and then take it to your table.\nPlease note that we start our last tasting at 7:30 pm.We conduct tasting and tours as folks arrive\, so no appointment is necessary unless you have a group of 6 or more  or would like to visit outside regular hours for an event rental consultation*    Also\, with COVID19 restrictions\, indoor seating is very limited.  During inclement weather it is advised to reserve your table in advance to assure we can accommodate you. Inside table seating is restricted to 1 hour occupancy.\n\n \nIn addition to this new wine tasting procedure\, we ask that you take personal responsibility for following these recommended Safe Practices against exposure to or inadvertently spreading of COVID19 during your visit: \n\nWear a face covering while inside the winery building while you are shopping or ordering your tasting choices. You do not have to wear your mask while seated at a table and drinking.   Whether inside or out\, please wear your face covering during interactions with others that are not in your safe bubble (family/friends you came with).\nWait –\n\nPlease make note of our 6 ft floor markings for the wait line inside the winery building; these spots are your place marker to wait your turn to approach the bar for placing orders/paying for items.\nDue to our restricted indoor space we can only accommodate two tables in our tasting room and will be putting a one hour time limit on indoor seating. DESCRIPTION:Note: Advanced ticket purchase is always recommended because it helps our food vendor anticipate food amounts!  All tickets purchased in advanced are held at Will Call under the name of the purchaser. Tickets available Online Below\, if you have any questions regarding tickets you can reach us over the phone at 336-644-9908 during regular business hours (12-6pm Thurs-Sat & 1-6pm Sun). \nCOST: $10 per person. \nEVENT TIMELINE:   Concert is from 7-9 pm. NOTE our NEW At-the-Gate Sales/Will Call Check-in Procedure – In order to facilitate safe distancing during arrival and gate ticket purchase/will-call check-in\, we are allowing guests to arrive at any time prior to the concert.   Prior to 6:30 pm please proceed to our Tasting Room to purchase your ticket or get your prepaid wristband.  After 6:30 pm\, at-the-gate sales and Will Call check-in will be at the normal entrance tent.  The Food Truck will be ready to serve by 6:30 pm.    \nINSIDE OR OUT?: This concert will be held OUTSIDE in our lovely garden. Due to the need to maintain safe distancing\, we will not be able to move concerts inside in the event of rain.  Dress for the weather.  Should severe\, unsafe conditions be forecasted during the concert time\, it is possible that the concert will be delayed or cancelled.  We will post any schedule changes/cancellation on our website and on the Stonefield Cellars Winery Facebook Page. \nSEATING: We offer 4-person VIP Bistro Seating on the Front Row or Upper Patio for $45 (includes admission for four); and a glass top 6-person VIP party table to the side of the band for $65 (includes admission for six). For General Admission ($10/person) you should bring a lawn chair for our terraced lawn area\, or we have first-come-first-seat picnic tables in the upper garden. \n \nDRINKS:   Wine\, Fresh Sangria\, Beer\, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. \nFOOD:  Kyle’s Concessions will be our food truck for the evening. \nEVENT POLICIES – \n\nWear your mask –  As per the current Statewide mandate\, face coverings are required to be worn at all times inside and outside unless you are actively eating or drinking.  \nKeep 6ft Distance from those not in your family/friend bubble of safety\n No Pets\nNo Outside Alcohol or Food\nNo Smoking (includes vaping) \nNo Littering our parking lot or property.\n\nConcert tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.  Should the concert be outright cancelled in advance (due to severe/unsafe weather)\, we can issue you an in-store credit for the base ticket price.
