DESCRIPTION:  \nOur 2020 Valentine’s Dinner and Concert is now  SOLD OUT!  Please check out our Sweetheart Wine and Chocolate Pairing event on 2/15 and 2/16.   This is our annual Valentine’s Dinner and Concert at Stonefield Cellars on Friday\, 2/14/20! \nThis is an intimate\, 4 course catered dinner (plated\, served at your table) paired with Stonefield Cellars’ wine and a concert by High Cotton (duo\, vocalist Lisa Dames and Shawn Patch on guitar). \nDinner is served in our Barrel Room\, therefore seating is determined by time-of-purchase (If you would like preferred seating please purchase your tickets early). Additionally\, if you are attending the event with a group and purchasing tickets separately\, please include a note in your online ticket order that you would like to be seated with (give their names) or let our staff know when purchasing over the phone. \n  \nCaterer is Pepper Moon Catering.   \nDinner Menu:     \nFirst Course \nPassed Appetizer: Chicken Walnut Salad Canape \nSecond Course \nApple Harvest Salad w/artisan greens\, thinly-sliced granny smith apples\, dried apricots\, feta cheese crumbles\, pistachio nuts in a roasted cinnamon honey vinaigrette \nThird Course \nSirloin Tips with Mushrooms and Pearl Onions \nPotatoes Au Gratin \nGrilled Asparagus \nYeast Rolls w/Butter \nFourth Course \nChoice of Dessert (Guests choose one):  Chocolate Truffle Torte or Cheesecake garnished with a sliced strawberry and whipped cream. \nWines:  A different Stonefield Cellars wine will be paired with each course. \n*The Proposed Wine Pairing is chosen by the Winemaker for the best wine & food combination and is a half-glass of wine with each course. (Purchasing your tickets in advance guarantees your spot in the Barrel Room and helps us estimate how much handmade chocolate to request from our chocolatier.)
