CANCELLED! Friday Flavors Concert – The Caribbean Cowboys Band

NOTICE: THIS CONCERT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN AND LOW TICKET SALES
Sorry folks, but the rain has done us in for this concert! The band was coming all the way from Asheville, and with current low ticket pre-sales (and few walk-ins expected due to the rain), it is not financially feasible for them to make the trip. In the past we were able to move the concert inside, but with COVID19 restrictions this is not possible. Recently we have also put up tents as a rain plan, but with the all day persistent rain extending into the concert hours, it will just be a soggy wet mess everywhere and we don’t think you will be happy. >>> We will honor all pre-sold tickets via transfer to a future concert (we have 5 more concerts this season you can choose from!) We will be contacting ticket holders to make this transfer. Thanks for your understanding!
Note: Advanced ticket purchase is always recommended because it helps our food vendor anticipate food amounts! All tickets purchased in advanced are held at Will Call under the name of the purchaser. Tickets available over the phone at 336-644-9908 during regular business hours (12-6pm Thurs-Sat & 1-6pm Sun).
COST: $10 per person.
EVENT TIMELINE: Concert is from 7-9 pm. NOTE our NEW At-the-Gate Sales/Will Call Check-in Procedure – In order to facilitate safe distancing during arrival and gate ticket purchase/will-call check-in, we are allowing guests to arrive at any time prior to the concert. Prior to 6:30 pm please proceed to our Tasting Room to purchase your ticket or get your prepaid wristband. After 6:30 pm, at-the-gate sales and Will Call check-in will be at the normal entrance tent. The Food Truck will be ready to serve by 6:30 pm.
INSIDE OR OUT?: This concert will be held OUTSIDE in our lovely garden. Due to the need to maintain safe distancing, we will not be able to move concerts inside in the event of rain. Dress for the weather. Should severe, unsafe conditions be forecasted during the concert time, it is possible that the concert will be delayed or cancelled. We will post any schedule changes/cancellation on our website and on the Stonefield Cellars Winery Facebook Page.
SEATING: We offer 4-person VIP Bistro Seating on the Front Row or Upper Patio for $45 (includes admission for four); and a glass top 6-person VIP party table to the side of the band for $65 (includes admission for six). For General Admission ($10/person) you should bring a lawn chair for our terraced lawn area, or we have first-come-first-seat picnic tables in the upper garden.
DRINKS: Wine, Fresh Sangria, Beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
FOOD: West Coast Wanderer will be our food truck for the evening.

- Keep 6ft Distance from those not in your family/friend bubble of safety
- No Pets
- No Outside Alcohol or Food
- No Smoking (includes vaping)
- No Littering our parking lot or property.
Concert tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. Should the concert be outright cancelled in advance (due to severe/unsafe weather), we can issue you an in-store credit for the base ticket price.
