If you have any questions regarding these policies please call 336-644-9908 during our regular business hours (Thurs-Sat 12-6pm & Sun 1-6pm).
Damaged Wines:
Federal law states alcoholic beverages can only be exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated or contaminated; spoiled bottles must be returned to the business for examination and reporting. Stonefield Cellars Winery will gladly replace bottles should the wine be found as damaged. Please do not pour out the wine, place the cork back in the bottle and call our office at 336-644-9908 to schedule an appointment during our regular business hours.
Wine Club Wines
Wine Club Membership agreements are a commitment to be in the club for a minimum of 1 year and will be automatically renewed annually unless Stonefield Cellars Winery is notified in writing of a membership cancellation request. The request must be made at least 30 days before the 1st day of the next pickup month (pickup months are February, June, and October). Wine Club purchases are non-refundable and any wine not picked up from the winery within 30 days from purchase is subject to restocking, meaning that some wines in the selection may no longer be available if picked up after 30 days. Substitutions for no longer available wines come with the following conditions: there is no refund for the difference between a higher valued wine that is replaced (by member’s choosing) with a lesser value wine, and if a higher value wine is chosen as a replacement for a lower value wine, then the member must pay the difference.
Special Event/Concert Ticket Refunds/Transfer:
Tickets are non-refundable.
Should you be unable to attend and want to sell or give your tickets away, you must notify us directly before Noon the day of the event and provide us with the names of the people you have transferred the tickets to. Send notification to nwurz@stonefieldcellars.com.
SCAM ALERT! Protect yourself from ticket fraud!
We’ve noticed an increase in scammers targeting events on Facebook. Please be aware that comments or messages offering to sell tickets are almost always a scam.
Here’s how to protect yourself:
ONLY BUY FROM Stonefield Cellars Winery. The only legitimate way to buy tickets is via our website, calling the winery, or buying in person at the winery.
DO NOT BUY FROM RESELLERS IN COMMENTS OR DMs. We know from experience that this has resulted in people being scammed out of their money.
REPORT SCAMMERS. If you see a suspicious post, report it to Facebook and do not engage with the account.
