The Stonefield Cellars Winery property is a unique venue for private events, whether it be a wedding, reception, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, small company dinner, birthday celebration, anniversary party, club gathering, or other special occasion. If you have never visited Stonefield Cellars, we recommend you call for an appointment to meet with our staff for a property showing – 336-644-9908.
Wedding & Private Party Rates/Policies/Availability: Rental rates are determined based on your party size, areas of the property rented, and specifics to your event. Availability, number of guest restrictions, and health and safety protocols are subject to change. For date availability please send an email to Natalie Wurz, our V.P. of Sales and Marketing, at nwurz@stonefieldcellars.com with the subject line “Date Availability for Type of Event Rental on Date of Event”. (For example: Date Availability for Wedding Rental on June xx, 2023.) Please also include details such as the time, party size and which areas you’d like to rent. Please also provide your phone number so that we can contact you to discuss your party needs and go over any questions you/we may have. Note: We require a deposit in order to hold a specific date/time for you.
Want a quick reservation for a small daytime party (up to 20 guests)? Consider our Party Pavilion: A covered outdoor pavilion available for daytime private party rentals at $60/hr during our regular business hours (Thurs,Fri,Sat 12-6pm & Sun 1-6pm). This space seats up to 20 guests at five 4-person bistro tables and includes one additional 6ft table for use (food/gifts) during the rental time. CLICK HERE to view our Pavilion Rental Page.
Photo-shoot Rates: If you are a professional photographer or marketing company and would like to utilized the Stonefield Cellars’ property for a photo-shoot, please complete and submit this form to Natalie Wurz (nwurz@stonefieldcellars.com). She will contact you to confirm the requested date/time or reschedule if your requested date/time is not available.
